A third-party provider receives the name, phone number, or address entered into a search box and supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those search terms. When you send us a message, we receive the details you choose to provide and use them to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate log data helps maintain the site and shows which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where those services apply.
How We Use Collected Data
Collected data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvement. We neither sell a visitor list nor create profiles of individual users.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Wilson County and North Carolina offices, library collections, and private search services. Each destination follows its own privacy policy. Its rules, rather than ours, control data submitted there. Sponsored search results also come from an outside company.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic data described above. We also comply with valid legal process that requires disclosure. Visitor data is not otherwise shared.
Steps Used to Protect Data
An encrypted connection serves the site. Server logs are kept only for the purposes stated above and only as long as needed. Because no visitor account is offered, this site holds no user password or account profile.
Visitors Under Age 18
The service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if a minor submitted personal data so it can be deleted.
Your Privacy Choices
Your location may give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. North Carolina had no verified comprehensive consumer-privacy deletion statute identified in the project research as of July 28, 2026; Chapter 75 still addresses unfair or deceptive practices and identity-theft concerns. We can check our contact mailbox and server logs for a request sent through the Contact page. Records held by Wilson, Wilson County, or North Carolina offices remain under each custodian’s control.

A revised policy will be posted here. Using the site after a revision takes effect indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
